NEW TUTORING SERVICE OPEN IN MIDDLETOWN
Educational Service, Inc., is now operating in Middletown, providing one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction to students from kindergarten to college. Middletown resident, Tanya Belitskus, is the manager of the Middletown program which started with summer camps earlier this year, held at Corbit-Calloway Memorial Library in Odessa. ESI at M.O.T. specializes in reading and math and offers tutorial services in all major subjects, as well as study skills and test preparation classes. EDUCATIONAL SERVICE, INC. CELEBRATES 70 YEARS!
Educational Service, Inc. of Wilmington, Delaware celebrates its 70th year of service to students in the Greater Wilmington area this fall. Founded by Helen C. Collins in 1935, and under the Directorship of Tina Maida Masington since 1981, ESI has stayed on the cutting edge of educational research and reform through the years. Ms. Masington attributes ESI's longevity and exemplary reputation to the fact that the organization, while evolving with the times, has stayed true to its founding philosophies. That is, ESI remains dedicated to providing excellent, affordable and personalized assistance to students. A professional staff of nearly 100 dedicated teachers, evaluators and support personnel make this posiible. While ESI has been recognized for its excellence of service and dedication to educational principles countless times during its long history, Ms. Masington and her staff do not intend to rest on their laurels. Rather, as a fourth generation of students begin to pass through ESI's doors, they can be assured that the ESI staff has the skill, flexibility and experience necessary to help them reach their academic goals!

ESI AWARDED FULL APPROVAL FROM NCLB
Tina Maida Masington, Executive Director of EDUCATIONAL SERVICE, INC. of Wilmington, DE, is pleased to announce that ESI, Delaware's premier tutoring service, has been awarded full approval as a State of Delaware Supplementary Educational Service Provider under the federally funded No Child Left Behind Initiative. This will allow Educational Service to offer private tutorial services, and/or extra-time remedial instructional programs to students in those Delaware schools that have been identified as "needing improvement" for two consecutive years under NCLB criteria. Low-income families who qualify can request supplementary tutorial help for their children without cost, and can select among approved providers for those services.
